Food safety and quality policy
The Food Safety and Quality Policy identifies the food safety and quality management principles, regulations, rules and reference documents, which we always follow.
Environmental policy
The Environmental Policy identifies the environmental commitments of the HKFoods Group. We take responsibility for environmentally sustainable development in the whole food chain.
Health and safety policy
We want to ensure that all our employees and partners return home in good health after a workday and believe that all accidents can be prevented. This HKFoods Group Policy defines our health, safety and wellbeing principles.
Animal welfare policy
In order to influence on positive development of animal welfare issues, HKFoods strives to meet the expectations and requirements for animal welfare set by legislation and other regulation, and by HKFoods itself, its customers or other stakeholders.
Data privacy policy
The objective of the Data Privacy Policy is to ensure that Personal Data is processed in line with Data Protection Legislation and to provide a framework for best practice in relation to the Processing of Personal Data as well as the realization of rights of individuals in respect to their Personal Data.

Disclosure Policy describes the general principles and procedures that the Company adheres to in its communication with the capital markets and stakeholders affecting the capital markets.
Remuneration policy
At HKFoods remuneration of the Board of Directors and the CEO is based on the principles of remuneration as set out in the applicable Remuneration Policy and approved by the Board of Directors and the shareholders of HKFoods.
Certificates
We ensure the high quality and safety of our products at all stages of the chain. All our production units are certified in accordance with the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards (FSSC 22000, IFS or BRC).
