HKScan has initiated a new executive training programme to strengthen leadership skills and harmonize Group-wide leadership culture. Launched in June in collaboration with Aalto University Executive Education (Aalto EE), the HKScan Leadership Academy is a condensed learning package targeted at Group leaders and specialists. It is designed to strengthen the skills and knowledge they need to efficiently implement the Group’s strategic goals. A total of 130 participants from around the globe will complete the course by December 2017. They will work together on real-life business cases, solving existing challenges and deepening customer insight to create additional value for HKScan globally in the future. A varied mix of participants will be selected to maximize knowledge-sharing and build a harmonized leadership culture within the Group. “HKScan is committed to investing in the long-term professional development of our leaders. Each module will be prepared by appointed members of the HKScan Management Team in collaboration with the education partner. The HKScan Leadership Academy is our way of investing in better leadership and growth – both of our people and the Group as a whole,” says Sari Suono, EVP HR. HKScan Group Hannu Kottonen Sari Suono
