HKScan has published its Annual and Responsibility Report 2022 in English at https://www.hkscan.com/en/annual-and-responsibility-report-2022 and in Finnish at https://www.hkscan.com/fi/vuosi-ja-vastuullisuusraportti-2022.

HKScan has published a pdf version of the 2022 Report of the Board of Directors, Financial Statements and Auditor's Report as an attachment to its Financial Statements Bulletin before the ESEF financial statements in accordance with Chapter 7, Section 8 of the Securities Markets Act. The Annual and Responsibility Report includes a visual version of the Report of the Board of Directors, Financial Statements and Auditor's Report. In addition, Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report are part of the Annual and Responsibility Report. The Report on Non-Financial Information is included in the Report of the Board of Directors.

HKScan has published the Financial Statements also as an xHTML file in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the Consolidated Financial Statements have been tagged with XBRL characters and the auditor has verified the ESEF Financial Statements.
