We make life tastier together with our producers and personnel. We have been operating in this way for over 110 years. Our entire community earns its livelihood from tasty food whose production aims to take people, animals and the environment into account. As part of our social responsibility, we also ensure the safety of consumers and end users by providing high-quality and safe food, while improving its nutritional quality.
It is of utmost importance to us that nearly 3,000 HKFoods employees can work safely, enjoy their work and feel that their work is meaningful. The occupational safety and wellbeing of our employees form the foundation of our social responsibility.
Approximately 1,800 Finnish contract producers supply HKFoods with safe and high‑quality raw materials. We work closely together to develop food production and operations, while also safeguarding the competitiveness of local meat production and promoting interaction, competence development and satisfaction of producers.
