HKFoods and Plukon Food Group B.V. have 31 October 2024 closed the transaction announced on 2 May 2024, whereby HKFoods sells its Danish business to Plukon Food Group B.V. from the Netherlands. The transaction concerned the shares in ROSE Poultry A/S, the subsidiary that formed HKFoods' Business Unit Denmark. The transaction terminates HKFoods' ownership of the Danish business. The business operations and personnel of HKFoods’ Danish subsidiaries have been transferred to the new owner at the closing of the transaction. HKFoods has operated in Denmark since 2010.
